Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a long, thin rope and then pull and stretch to form noodles.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
Drain and serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.
