Ingredients 

Noodle Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  6. Roll each piece into a long, thin rope and then pull and stretch to form noodles.
  7. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce or toppings.
