Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 200 g Beef sliced thin
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the chicken, beef, and shrimp. Stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the meats to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
