Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with cornstarch and soy sauce. Mix well.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
4. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
5. Return the fried chicken to the pan. Toss to coat the chicken with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
