Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with cornstarch and soy sauce. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return the fried chicken to the pan. Toss to coat the chicken with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
