Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water, kneading until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl.
Divide dough into small balls. Roll each into a circle.
Place filling in the center of each circle. Fold and seal edges.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry pies until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
