Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Filling

  • ½ pound ground pork
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water, kneading until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Divide dough into small balls. Roll each into a circle.
  4. Place filling in the center of each circle. Fold and seal edges.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry pies until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
