Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
