- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Stir well to coat the beans evenly.
Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
