Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cabbage, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and place dumplings in the pan. Cook until bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water evaporates.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
