Chinese Pork Dumplings / Potstickers Recipe

Dumpling Filling
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, cabbage, and ginger. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and place dumplings in the pan. Cook until bottoms are golden brown.
Add a small amount of water to the pan and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water evaporates.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
