Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork rib tips
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the pork rib tips and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and water.
  4. Place the rib tips on a baking sheet and pour the sauce mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
