- 2 lbs Pork rib tips
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Water
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the pork rib tips and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and water.
Place the rib tips on a baking sheet and pour the sauce mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
