  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and brush with the sauce mixture.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
