Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Blend prawns, egg white, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into a paste.
  2. Spread prawn paste evenly on bread slices.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions on top.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread, prawn side down, until golden.
  5. Flip and fry the other side until crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and cut into triangles.
