Chinese Prawn Toast Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make Chinese appetizer that features crispy bread topped with a savory prawn paste.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
Blend prawns, egg white, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into a paste.
Spread prawn paste evenly on bread slices.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions on top.
Heat oil in a pan and fry bread, prawn side down, until golden.
Flip and fry the other side until crispy.
Drain on paper towels and cut into triangles.
