Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Score the skin of the pork belly and rub it with salt.
Mix five-spice powder, sugar, rice wine, and white pepper. Rub the mixture on the meat side of the pork belly.
Place the pork belly on a roasting pan, skin side up. Roast for 90 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
