  • 2 lbs Pork Belly skin on
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly and rub it with salt.
  3. Mix five-spice powder, sugar, rice wine, and white pepper. Rub the mixture on the meat side of the pork belly.
  4. Place the pork belly on a roasting pan, skin side up. Roast for 90 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
