Chinese Sausage Fried Rice Recipe (Lap Cheong Chao Fan)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
- 2 links Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong) sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the Chinese sausage and cook until it starts to brown.
Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add the frozen peas and carrots, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Push the ingredients to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
