Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 block Tofu, firm cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add tofu cubes and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
