Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork spareribs
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the spareribs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them. Make sure the ribs are well coated.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
