  • 160 g Cake Flour sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 60 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Beat the eggs and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. 2. Gradually add the sifted cake flour and baking powder, mixing gently.
  3. 3. Slowly add the water and continue to mix until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  5. 5. Steam the cake over medium heat for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. 6. Let the cake cool before slicing and serving.
