Ingredients

  • 1 large Daikon radish peeled and grated
  • 200 g Rice flour
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Dried shrimp soaked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Chinese sausage chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper
  • 300 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and grate the daikon radish. Squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar, and white pepper.
  3. 3. Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. 4. Stir in grated daikon, dried shrimp, and Chinese sausage.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and steam for 60 minutes.
  6. 6. Let it cool, then cut into slices and pan-fry until golden brown if desired.
