Chinese Steamed White Fish Fillet with Tofu
A simple and healthy Chinese-style steamed fish recipe with tofu.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets White fish fillets
- 1 block Tofu cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch White pepper to taste
1. Prepare the steamer and bring water to a boil.
2. Place the fish fillets and tofu cubes on a plate.
3. Sprinkle minced garlic, sliced ginger, and chopped green onions over the fish and tofu.
4. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the ingredients.
5. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
6. Steam for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
