Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sticky Rice soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Chinese Sausage sliced
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms soaked and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sticky rice in a rice cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the Chinese sausage and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked sticky rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped green onions and serve hot.
