Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs
  • ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, five-spice powder, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  4. 4. Brush the ribs with the sauce mixture, making sure to coat them well.
  5. 5. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
  7. 7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
