- 2 lbs Pork Ribs
- ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, five-spice powder, and sesame oil.
3. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
4. Brush the ribs with the sauce mixture, making sure to coat them well.
5. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
6. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
