Ingredients

  • 200 g Peanuts roasted and ground
  • 150 g All-purpose flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 100 ml Vegetable oil
  • 1 unit Egg yolk for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground peanuts, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add vegetable oil and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking tray. Flatten slightly with a fork.
  5. Brush the top of each cookie with egg yolk.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
