Main Ingredients
- 200 g Peanuts roasted and ground
- 150 g All-purpose flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 unit Egg yolk for egg wash
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground peanuts, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add vegetable oil and mix until a dough forms.
Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking tray. Flatten slightly with a fork.
Brush the top of each cookie with egg yolk.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
