- 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
- 200 grams Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 2 pieces Green onions chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the pork mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
