Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
  • 200 grams Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 pieces Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the pork mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
