Main Ingredients
- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Add the soaked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
