Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast or Pork loin cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 Green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 Onion cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks canned or fresh

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch mixture. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken or pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
  4. 4. Add pineapple chunks and cooked chicken or pork back to the wok.
  5. 5. Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is well-coated and the sauce has thickened.
  6. 6. Serve hot over steamed rice.
