Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tripe cleaned and cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean and cut the beef tripe into strips.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the tripe for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pot, heat some oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the tripe back to the pot, along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours or until tripe is tender.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
