Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
