  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 bunch Chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then add chopped chives and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok, mix well with the chives, and season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
