Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Dried Red Chilies cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 stalks Green Onions cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add marinated chicken, stir-fry until cooked through.
5. Add green onions, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
