  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb fresh clams, cleaned
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add clams and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
