Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb fresh clams, cleaned
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add clams and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
