Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck cleaned and cut into pieces
- 8 cups Water
- 2 slices Ginger
- 2 stalks Green Onions cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1. Place the duck pieces in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
3. Add the steamed duck pieces, ginger, and green onions to the pot.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt to taste.
6. Serve hot.
