Corn and Riblet Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting soup with tender riblets and sweet corn.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork riblets
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add pork riblets and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add corn kernels, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
