Ingredients

  • 1 whole Duck cleaned and dried
  • 2 tablespoon Five-spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 12 pieces Pancakes store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 bunch Scallions sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the duck inside and out with the five-spice powder and salt.
  3. Place the duck on a roasting pan and roast for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
  4. Once cooked, let the duck rest for 10 minutes before shredding the meat.
  5. Serve the shredded duck with pancakes, hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber slices.
