- 1 whole Duck cleaned and dried
- 2 tablespoon Five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 12 pieces Pancakes store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1 bunch Scallions sliced
- 1 piece Cucumber sliced
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the duck inside and out with the five-spice powder and salt.
Place the duck on a roasting pan and roast for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
Once cooked, let the duck rest for 10 minutes before shredding the meat.
Serve the shredded duck with pancakes, hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber slices.
