Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef strips thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 Red bell pepper Red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 Green onions Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Coat the beef strips in cornstarch.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Fry the beef strips until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. 4. In the same wok, remove excess oil, leaving about 1 tablespoon.
  5. 5. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. 6. Add red bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Add soy sauce and chilli sauce, mix well.
  8. 8. Return the crispy beef to the wok, toss to coat with the sauce.
  9. 9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
