Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Chinese egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup sliced carrots
  • 0.5 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add bell peppers, carrots, and onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Stir well.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until noodles are crispy and vegetables are tender.
