Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add bell peppers, carrots, and onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add cooked noodles to the pan. Stir well.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until noodles are crispy and vegetables are tender.
