Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork belly cut into chunks
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice wine
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 liter Water
1. Place pork belly, ginger, and garlic in a pot. Add water to cover the ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Remove pork and strain the broth. Let the broth cool slightly.
4. Shred the pork and place it in a container. Pour the broth over the pork.
5. Refrigerate until the broth turns into jelly, about 4 hours or overnight.
6. Cut the jelly into slices and serve cold.
