Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork belly cut into chunks
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 liter Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place pork belly, ginger, and garlic in a pot. Add water to cover the ingredients.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  3. 3. Remove pork and strain the broth. Let the broth cool slightly.
  4. 4. Shred the pork and place it in a container. Pour the broth over the pork.
  5. 5. Refrigerate until the broth turns into jelly, about 4 hours or overnight.
  6. 6. Cut the jelly into slices and serve cold.
