Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Marinate lamb with soy sauce, rice wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add lamb and stir-fry until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add cumin seeds and chili flakes. Stir well.
  5. Return lamb to the pan. Mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.
