Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Noodles fresh or dried
  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the soy sauce, rice wine, chicken broth, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with the pork mixture and garnished with chopped green onions.
