Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Scallions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add peanut oil.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
