Instructions
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add peanut oil.
2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, and sugar. Stir well.
5. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
