Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g donkey meat thinly sliced
  • 4 Chinese flatbreads (Huo Shao)
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the donkey meat, stir-fry until browned.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Toast the Chinese flatbreads until crispy.
  6. 6. Fill the flatbreads with the cooked meat and vegetable mixture.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
