  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, egg, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. 3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the meatballs to the pan and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
