Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
  4. Add the soy sauce, chili paste, salt, and sugar. Stir well to coat the cauliflower.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender but still crisp.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
