Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block dry tofu sliced
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add tofu and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add celery and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
