Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add tofu and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add celery and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
