- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
- 2 scallions green onions chopped, for garnish
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the cornstarch mixture and soy sauce, stir well.
3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup in a circular motion.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil if using.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
