Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup cooked ham diced
  • 0.5 cup peas
  • 0.5 cup carrots diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, ham, peas, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan. Mix everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
