Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Water spinach washed and cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 2 pieces Fermented tofu mashed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the mashed fermented tofu and stir to combine.
  4. Add the water spinach and stir-fry until it starts to wilt.
  5. Season with sugar and soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry until the water spinach is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
