Main Ingredients
- 100 g Fish Maw soaked and cut into pieces
- 200 g Chicken Breast sliced
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 liter Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper to taste
1. Soak the fish maw in water until soft, then cut into pieces.
2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
3. Add the ginger, garlic, and chicken breast slices. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the fish maw pieces and cook for another 20 minutes.
5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
