Instructions
1. Cut the dried tofu into thin slices.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the tofu slices to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, five spice powder, sugar, and salt. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly.
6. Cook for another 5 minutes until the tofu is well-seasoned and slightly crispy.
