- 500 g Chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Dip chicken pieces into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
