Ingredients

  • 500 g Rice cakes sliced
  • 200 g Pork sliced
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak rice cakes in water for 30 minutes if they are hard.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add napa cabbage and cook until it starts to soften.
  5. 5. Add rice cakes, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
