Fried Sauce Noodles Recipe (Zhajiangmian)

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Noodles fresh or dried
- 200 g Ground Pork
- 2 tablespoon Soybean Paste
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Cucumber julienned
- 1 cup Carrot julienned
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the soybean paste, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Serve the sauce over the cooked noodles. Garnish with julienned cucumber and carrot.
