Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Noodles fresh or dried
  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoon Soybean Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the soybean paste, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve the sauce over the cooked noodles. Garnish with julienned cucumber and carrot.
