Instructions
1. Cut a slit in each tofu puff to create a pocket.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff each tofu puff with the pork mixture.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the stuffed tofu puffs until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
