Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Tofu Puffs
  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • for frying Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut a slit in each tofu puff to create a pocket.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Stuff each tofu puff with the pork mixture.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the stuffed tofu puffs until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
